Naroa Domenech has made the leap to the professional level, signing with Scottish Liga F side CD Tenerife’s B Team. Domenech just completed her 3rd season with the Blues, scoring three goals en route to an Eastern Conference Championship and National Semifinals appearance.
Domenech played a key role in some very important firsts for the Blues, starting with the club’s first USL W League playoff appearance in 2024. She was part of the squad’s first Southern Conference championship and National Semifinal appearance in 2025, before returning this year to play a pivotal role in the Blues’ second-straight Southern Conference championship.
“From the first day she arrived, Naroa showed the qualities of a special player. She is a true No. 10 with exceptional vision, creativity, and an incredible ability to read the game. Beyond her talent, she is a natural leader who raises the level of everyone around her both on and off the field,” said Head Coach Maxi Viera. “After missing most of last season (2025) through injury, she returned when the team needed her most and scored the goal that secured our first conference championship, a moment that perfectly reflects her character and determination.”
Domenech played 4 seasons collegiately, split between three schools. She spent her first season at Oklahoma Wesleyan, where she started all 24 matches as the squad went 22-1-1 and reached the national quarterfinals. Domenech has 29 goals and 9 assists as she was selected to the KCAC All-Conference First Team and won the KCAC Freshman of the Year award. She then transferred to Jacksonville State, where she compiled 16 goals and 10 assists over 34 appearances (27 starts) in her two years in Alabama. She wrapped up her collegiate career at Charlotte, where she appeared in all 18 matches (15 starts) and finished second on the 49ers in goals (6) and points (15), while leading the team in shots with 56.
