Asheville City Soccer Club is proud to announce that Jamie Unternaher will be taking over as the new General Manager of ACSC. 

“We are thrilled to announce Jamie as our new General Manager. Her experience in the Asheville sports scene will be a huge boost for our club and her addition will only help further the growth of Asheville City. We feel she is a perfect fit for the club as we look ahead to 2025 being our best season ever–both on the field and in the community,” says ACSC President Jimmy Wheeler.

Jamie joins Asheville City after spending time working with the MiLB’s Asheville Tourists.

“I’m so excited to be joining Asheville City SC! After spending time with The Asheville Tourists organization, I am looking forward to this new adventure while contributing to the team’s growth and success. This organization is community-driven and proud of their western North Carolina community. We have many new exciting things coming up for the next season and I can’t wait to see how they unfold. Thanks to everyone at Asheville City Soccer Club for the warm welcome – I’m looking forward to the journey ahead!” says Unternaher.

Unternaher originates from Ohio and graduated from Wittenberg University before she arrived on the sports scene of western North Carolina.
