Asheville City Soccer Club is thrilled to host their annual Pride Night this Saturday at Greenwood Field. This night is a commitment to inclusion, an opportunity for everyone to come as they are, an affirmation of allyship, and a step forward in accountability.

On the pitch, the Girls in Blue will take on the (1-1-3) SC United Bantams for the second time this week. Last Wednesday, the Blues defeated the Bantams 3-0 in Columbia, SC. Goals were scored by Laura Greb, Chloe McCleary-Small, and Charlotte McClure.

The win improved Asheville’s standing in the table, moving the Blues within three points of first place Charlotte Eagles. A win Saturday will bring the Blues level with their rivals from Charlotte in points. ACSC beat the Eagles last Saturday 1-0 in front of a rambunctious Greenwood Field crowd.

On the road, the (3-2-4) Blues of USL2 travel to South Carolina to face the men’s SC United Bantams men’s team. This comes after a well deserved point against East Atlanta FC on Wednesday.

The (7-2-1) SC United Bantams currently lead the Big South Division. Although atop the table, the Bantams fell to the Dalton Red Wolves 3-0 in their most recent outing.

Tickets for Saturday’s home contest vs. the SC Bantams are available here. Tickets are limited. The only sure way to claim a ticket is by buying it online before they sell out. Tickets may be for sale at the gate but only until supplies last.
