Asheville City Soccer Club and Hi-Wire Brewing announce today a partnership that will make the local brewery the club’s title sponsor and brand partner. This will include the Hi-Wire Brewing logo on the front of the Asheville City jersey, which serves as the club’s season ticket. Asheville City will begin its inaugural season in May 2017 at Memorial Stadium in downtown Asheville.
The partnership also consists of official events at Hi-Wire’s two downtown locations, including pre and post game entertainment for ACSC supporters as well as viewing parties for away matches. The club will be hosting a Launch Party at Hi-Wire’s Big Top in Biltmore Village on March 30th where season ticket holders will first receive their season ticket jerseys. The jerseys are available at www.ashevillecitysc.com.
“As soccer nuts ourselves, we are honored to be able to work so closely with Asheville’s first semi-pro soccer club.” said Chris Frosaker, owner of Hi-Wire Brewing. “We look forward to becoming more ingrained in Asheville’s incredible soccer culture, and doing what we can to bring even more support to the team.”
“Asheville City is thrilled to wear Hi-Wire Brewing, a local company that is quintessentially ‘Asheville,’ on our shirts.” said Jimmy Wheeler, Chairman of ACSC. “Their commitment to local soccer is critical in our mission to take the game to the next level.”
